Can minor adjustments to narrow the nose be done in a clinic setting?

Hello. I had my first nose job and then a revision nine months later. It's been six months since the revision, and from the front, my nose still looks wide. I'm wondering if it's possible to have a minor procedure done in a clinic setting to make it look narrower and more refined?

Hello
Given that it's been six months since your second surgery, I advise you to be patient. Your nose still has some swelling, and it's at a higher risk for complications compared to other cases if you pursue another surgery now. It's best to wait until the swelling has completely subsided. Also, performing surgery in a clinic setting for such changes is not possible. Any further revision surgery should be carried out in an operating room under general anesthesia.

Hi! It’s important to consider that further procedures, especially soon after a revision, might carry additional risks. Typically, significant changes like narrowing the nose would require more than a minor in-office procedure. It’s best to consult with your surgeon about the safest options available and whether more time for healing might be needed before making further changes.

Hello! In my experience, adjustments like you’re describing usually require careful planning and more involved procedures than what might be feasible in a clinic setting. Given it’s only been six months since your last surgery, your nose may still be settling. I'd recommend discussing your concerns with a specialist to understand the best next steps.

Absolutely, following up on that, rushing into another procedure might complicate your recovery. It’s crucial to allow your nose enough time to fully heal and the swelling to subside. Sometimes, the final shape isn’t apparent until a year after surgery. A consultation with your surgeon can provide clarity on how long you should wait.

Hi there! I understand wanting to refine the appearance of your nose further, but such adjustments typically need to be done under more controlled surgical conditions rather than quick in-clinic procedures, especially given the complexities of your case. Patience is key here, and ensuring your nose has fully healed from prior surgeries is crucial before considering additional work.

I underwent rhinoplasty, but I desire to lower the tip of my nose and rectify the curved portion. Is it possible to achieve these revisions through surgery? So, about a year and a half back, I got a nose job done. But now, my nose tip's kinda drooping, my nose looks a bit wonky, and I sometimes struggle to breathe. Plus, whenever I fill up the tip of my nose, it's like my whole nose just grew bigger. What can be done to fix these issues?
